Wait, is it really 24 hours? Like, actually?
Yes, actually. Hour 0 is when you submit your brief.Hour 12 is when your site is live on a URL we hand you. We've shipped 100+ sites this way. The catch? You need to give us your brief and assets up front, if you take 4 days to send your logo, the clock pauses. But once we have what we need, you get a live site within 24 hours. That's the whole pitch.
Can I request changes after launch?
Of course. Every package comes with 14 days of unlimited revisions post-launch. Want to swap a hero image at 2am? Slack us. Want to rewrite an entire section? Send a doc. We'll do it. After the revision window, we charge a flat hourly rate for changes, no surprises. Custom builds get extended revision windows scoped per project.
Do you provide hosting and a domain?
We can. Hosting is included free for the first 3 monthson all packages. After that it's $12/mo on our managed setup, or you can move it anywhere, we'll hand over a clean export. Domain registration is on you (Namecheap, Google Domains, whatever) but we'll point it at the site for you. We're not in the business of locking you into anything.
Is it actually customizable, or am I getting a template?
Customizable. Every site is built around your brand, your colors, your copy, your structure. We use AI to generate first drafts faster (which is how the 24-hour math works) but the final site is unique to your business. If you want something genuinely off the wall, multi-language, custom CMS, headless setup, that's the Custom Build, scoped and quoted in 24 hours.
What if I hate it after 24 hours?
You get unlimited revisions in your window, so we'll keep iterating until you love it. If after that you genuinely want to walk away, we'll refund 50%, no drama. We've built and shipped a working site, so a full refund isn't fair to either of us, but we're not going to hold you hostage either. (For context: this has happened twice in 100+ projects.)
Is the logo design really included? What if I don't like it?
Yes, fully includedin both WordPress and Shopify packages. Here's how it works: in your 20-min kickoff call, we lock the brand direction. Same day, you get 3 logo concepts(different styles). You pick one, we refine it within the kickoff window. If none of the 3 directions feel right, we revise, typically 1–2 more rounds is plenty. By the time your site goes live, the logo is final, locked, and exported in every format you'll ever need (SVG, PNG, ICO for favicon).
What's the difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO?
Three different search engines, three different optimization layers, and we handle all three.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization), getting you ranked on Google & Bing. Schema, meta tags, sitemap, page speed, internal linking, alt text, mobile-first indexing.

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), getting you read aloud by Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant when people ask voice questions. Featured snippets, FAQ schema, conversational long-tail content.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), getting you cited inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini when users ask about your industry. Structured data, authority signals, AI-readable content patterns.

Most agencies still only do (1). We do all three. If your customers are asking AI for recommendations in 2026, and they are, you need GEO.
Can the AI chatbot really handle my customers?
Yes, within a defined scope.
